Jerry Roxas, the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Fotility Photography & Videography, has been a licensed and registered Ordained Minister in the State of California (AMM, ID: 1301024) since April of 2024. Founded in 2016 as a full-time, full-service, fully insured studio, Fotility's mission statement is to help our clients Feel, Capture & Share What Matters Most. With this goal in mind, over the years we have methodically added a wide range of services to our offerings designed to compliment each other and provide either individual services or an 'all-in-one' solution for our clients. Our wedding clients can now choose only the Fotility services that best fits their needs (wedding photography, wedding videography, wedding photo booth, or wedding officiant services), or discounted wedding packages combining any of our top-rated wedding services!

Our Wedding Officiant rates are all-inclusive, meaning the our base price covers the following: an online consultation; up to sixty (60) minutes on location to perform your ceremony and complete all necessary legal requirements; and delivering your completed marriage license to be recorded with the appropriate county. The only additional charges are as follows:

• Travel. If your ceremony location is beyond twenty-five (25) miles of 92126;
• Parking. Any parking fees at your ceremony location.
• Wedding Rehearsal. If you would like your officiant to attend the wedding rehearsal and assist in coordinating your ceremony.
• Tailored Script. If you would like a personalized script that incorporates your love story into your wedding ceremony.

About Jerry Roxas

A born and raised San Diego native, Jerry holds a BA in Business Management from San Diego State University. He started his professional career in Information Technology, managing data centers and writing software for several large companies in the financial services industry. Eventually he formed his own company and did well until he suffered a massive heart attack at a VERY young age, forcing him to re-evaluate his career path - and Fotility was born. Since his open heart surgery he has beat cancer twice and ran three half marathons. As the founder of Fotility Photography & Videography, Jerry has been involved in thousands of surprise proposals, engagements and weddings. He's passionate about creating memories for his clients, and is always willing to go above and beyond to make a lasting memory! In 2024, one of his nieces asked him to officiate her wedding in Santa Ynez. When his niece posted a clip of Jerry officiating her wedding on TikTok, the post went viral - garnering OVER 3.7 million views and thousands of comments within 36 hours! This resulted in Jerry and his niece being interviewed and featured by Today and the NY Post. As an Ordained Minister and Wedding Officiant Jerry brings a confident, relaxed, professional yet passionate vibe to every ceremony he's involved in!
