Format & Delivery of Photos and Videos

Fotility Photography & Videography reserves the right to use all images and videos taken by us for display on our website, social media, and any and all marketing purposes (unless photo rights are purchased by clients). Fotility Photography & Videography can provide its clients with their final high-resolution, edited digital images and/or high definition videos in the sizes and formats listed below. NOTE: Depending on how we were booked, additional charges may apply.

Large Images

Large sized, high-resolution, professionally edited, cropped, camera output, 300dpi digital images, and shall be delivered via password protected link for downloading or via digital media (additional charges may apply for digital media). Large images shall be 6016 pixels along their short edge.

Standard Images

Standard sized, high-resolution, professionally edited, cropped, 300dpi digital images, and shall be delivered via password protected link for downloading or via digital media (additional charges may apply for digital media). Standard images shall be 4512 pixels along their short edge.

Web Images

Web sized, high-resolution, professionally edited, cropped, 300dpi digital images, and shall be delivered via password protected link for downloading or via digital media (additional charges may apply for digital media). Web images shall be 900 pixels along their short edge. Web sizedimages are compressed and perfect for distribution on websites, social media platforms and via email.

Videos

ALL videos shall be delivered to our clients in high definition (HD) format via a public YouTube link (unless specifically requested and outlined in invoice). ALL clients shall have the ability to share their videos with whomever they please. Clients may also request to have their videos delivered to them via digital media (additional charges may apply).

Digital Media

If requested, we’re happy to provide our valued clients with their final, high-resolution images and/or high definition videos via digital media format (either CD-ROM or USB). NOTE: Depending on your package, additional charges may apply for digital media.

Photo Packages & Digital Downloads

Although our clients are NEVER required to purchase printed photos from us, we are happy to offer our clients high-quality, low cost, affordable Photo Packages that are competitive in price to places such as Walgreens and Costco.

File Retention

Beginning 01/01/23, Fotility will only retain ALL culled, RAW images and videos for a total of six (6) months from the date of our clients session(s), after which time the RAW files will be purged from our systems. Once purged, Fotility WILL NOT be able to recover, restore or provide ANY photos and/or videos from the purged session. RAW files shall be available to our clients for purchase (we DO NOT provide RAW files to our clients under normal bookings) up until the time they are purged. If they’d like to help support their photographer and/or videographer, Clients are able to order prints directly from their password protected album links. Our prices are about the same as Costco and Walgreens, and our standard sized images are perfect for having high quality 4×6 prints done. Clients can also purchase larger prints, wall art and keepsakes (like mugs, magnets and smartphone cases) directly from their password protected album link. However, for best results on ordering large prints, we’d recommend upgrading to our high-resolution, large sized images.
