Delivery Times

At Fotility Photography & Videography, we’re extremely proud of our impeccable online reputation on platforms such as Facebook, Yelp, Google Business and more. We’ve consistently achieved rave reviews based not only on the quality of our work and meticulous communication, but also on our above average delivery times of our final products (whether it be photos or videos) to our clients. Please note that although our delivery time guidelines are listed below, we generally deliver our photos faster than the timeframes listed on this page.

As of May 08, 2024, we are proud to be maintaining our normal delivery schedule to our clients.

Real Estate Products

ALL real estate products (HDR photos, video tours, Matterport virtual tours, Drone footage) will be delivered within 36-48 hours of your scheduled shoot. If you ordered rush services, your real estate products will be delivered within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot.

Non-Wedding Photos

In most cases, we’re proud to deliver to our valued clients their initial sample photos (highlighting our editing styles and creative touches) within 7-10 business days. Once our clients approve their sample photos, we usually have the final, high-resolution, fully edited photos delivered to them within 15-30 business days of their session. NOTE: This time is directly impacted by the amount of time it takes our clients to reply back to their sample photos, so please respnod quickly!

Wedding Photos

Due to the quantity and number of subjects in formal wedding photos, it does take a bit longer to edit photos from our wedding sessions. In most cases, we’re proud to deliver to our valued wedding clients their initial sample photos (highlighting our editing styles and creative touches) within 15-30 business days. Once our wedding clients approve their sample photos, we usually have the final, high-resolution, fully edited photos delivered to them within 45-60 business days of their session. NOTE: This time is directly impacted by the amount of time it takes our wedding clients to reply back to their sample photos (as well as our seasonal business volume), so please respnod quickly!

Videos

Due to the nature of video editing, we are NOT ABLE to provide video samples like we do with our photography clients. Although editing video files is highly labor and data intensive, we’re proud to have one of the FASTEST turnaround times in the market related to video editing. In most cases, we’re proud to deliver to our valued clients links to their final, edited, high definition videos within 30-60 days of their session.

TFP

TFP clients acknowledge that they are receiving services from Fotility Photography & Videography FREE OF CHARGE, and that we reserve the right to process work from our paying clientelle FIRST before processing and delivering any TFP work.
