ALL photos on our website are watermarked for our protection. However, we DO NOT place watermarks on any of our clients real estate photos.

Real estate photography session price is ALL INCLUSIVE, meaning session time, professional photo editing, non-watermarked photos, and a password protected link to view and download all of your final, edited, high resolution digital images. Twilight effects can be added to exterior photos only (additional charges may apply). Unless specifically requested, ALL Fotility real estate photo orders INCLUDE a Virtual Tour. Clients have the option to request that their Video Tour and/or Matterport Virtual Tours be Branded OR Un-Branded. Full, unrestricted commercial rights to use and print any and all photos and/or videos for any purposes is included.

Real Estate Add-Ons (additional charges may apply)

• Blue Skies. Clients can request that we add blue skies on up to five (5) exterior photos from their order.
• Digital Staging. Save time and money and have your photos digitally staged. To see real samples of Digital Staging by Fotility, click here.
• Coming Soon. Clients can request to have a short, coming soon video of their property.
• Drone Photos and/or Videos. Clients can request that we add drone photos and/or videos of the property to their order. Fotility adheres to all local laws, rules and regulations governing commercial drone flight zones. Prior to booking drone services from Fotility, we strongly recommend that you verify your location does not contain any restricted drone flight zones. To check your location, please click here.
• Marketing Brochure. Clients can request to have a Marketing Brochure PDF created of their property.
• Matterport Tours. Clients can request that we add a Matterport Tours (3D, virtual walk through tour) of the property to their order. To see a sample Matterport Tour by Fotility, click here.
• Rush Orders. Clients can request to have their order rushed, for faster delivery.
• Short-notice bookings. As a full time studio, we are generally booked solid 3-4 days in advance. However, we do offer short-notice (including same-day) bookings, if need be.
• Twilight Effects. Clients can request that we add twilight effects on up to five (5) exterior photos from their order.
• Video Tour. ALL Fotiilty real estate orders include a video tour. Clients have the option to request a) unbranded; b) branded; c) both; or d) no video tour. Package cost may be reduced if no video tour is selected.
• Video Walkthrough. Clients can request that we create a video walkthrough of the property. Unlike the video tour, a video walkthrough is an actual video that not only walks the viewer through the property, it also highlights specific features of the property. Video Walkthroughs are a much more creative and artistic video that's designed specifically for marketing and promotional purposes.
