Fundraising Terms & Conditions

Fotility is proud to support the following causes:

• The Scripps Mesa Fireworks, a non-profit 501(c) organization responsible for putting on the annual Mira Mesa Independence Day fireworks show.
• You + Me Will Always Be Back Then, a short film that explores identity + acceptance, and provides a compassionate view of a reality LGBTQIA+ people continue to face.

The following individuals are prohibited from participating in any Fotility raffles and/or drawings:

• Fotility Team Members and their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings)
• Owners and employees of any organizations supported by the specific Fotility raffle and/or drawing

Fotility is proud to provide ongoing, perpetual fundraisers for the causes we support via the following services: engagements, events, family portraits, graduation, headshots, maternity, senior portraits and surprise proposals. When any of the promo codes below are entered at checkout on these services, a 10% discount will AUTOMATICALLY be applied to the order total, PLUS 25% of the proceeds from that order will be donated to the associated cause!

Fotility reserves the right (at their discretion) to refund raffle ticket purchases OR transfer purchased raffle tickets to the next Fotility raffle for the same cause IF a minimum number of twenty-five (25) raffle tickets for any given raffle are not sold.

Unless specifically outlined on the raffle ticket order form, 100% of the proceeds from ALL raffle tickets purchased will be donated to the cause selected when the raffle ticket(s) were purchased.
