The Digital Marketing Assistant is a paid, independent sub-contractor position, with monthly hours ranging between 10-15 hours a month to start, and increasing based on positive performance. The ideal candidate would be pursuing a Marketing major, with a strong interest in applying their studies in a real world environment, monitoring KPIs, and making adjustments to achieve the desired outcomes. This is a remote position, so the candidate should have access to high-speed Internet and computer technology to perform all job requirements. In addition, candidate should be able to perform tasks without supervision, be self-driven, have strong communicatin and comprehension skills, and be able to identify and solve problems independently. The goal of the Digital Marketing Assistant is to generate actual results, and not just exercise theories. The Digital Marketing Assistant responsibilities include the following:

• Review, manage and deploy Fotility’s existing social media strategy, recommending any necessary adjustments to improve outreach and customer interaction.
• Develop and implement a social media advertising strategy geared towards maximizing impressions, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage the social media advertising strategy, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired ROI.
• Propose concepts that increase brand recognition, assisting with implementation of approved strategies.
• Review and adjust Fotility’s multiple online profiles to increase marketability and sales.

The Drone Pilot is a paid, independent sub-contractor position. The ideal candidate would have an active FAA Part 107 license and own an FAA registered drone capable of shooting BOTH high-resolution photos and 4K videos. Candidate should be able to provide recent samples that illustrate their command of drone flight controls and photo/video capabilities. In addition, candidate should be able to perform tasks without supervision, be self-driven, have strong communication and comprehension skills, and be able to identify and solve problems independently. Fotility Drone Pilot responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Review locations prior to assignment, making any necessary recommendations to client.
• Fly Fotility pre-determined flight patterns on EVERY ASSIGNMENT, unless specifically specified in job assignment.
• Submit all drone photos/videos to Fotility by end of day on the date of the assignment.

ALL Fotility Photographers are paid, independent contractors. The ideal candidate would have strong passion for capturing moments, a creative spirit and an artistic eye. Although an understanding of basic photography concepts (i.e ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Rule of Thirds, Leading Lines, etc.) is helpful, it is not required as training will be provided for the right candidate. In addition, candidate should be able to perform tasks without supervision, be self-driven, have strong communication and comprehension skills, and be able to identify and solve problems independently. Fotility Photographer responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, highlighting Fotlity expectations, pointers and tips based on assignment.
• Capture images in accordance with Fotility’s brand and composition style. Photographer will always have the opportunity to incorporate their own creativity, however, the majority of the images they take must represent the Fotility brand.
• Utilize various tools (i.e. on/off camera lighting, bouncers, diffusers, soft boxes, scrims, grids, cones, gels, props, etc.) to enhance images.
• Submit all RAW files to Fotility by end of day on the date of the assignment.

Compensation can be EITHER flat rate or hourly based on assignment, ranging from $25-$50/hour after training. Paid training is provided at $15/hour. ALL Fotility Photography Assistants are paid, independent contractors. The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, punctual, reliable, energetic and outgoing. Although an interest in photography and/or videography is helpful, it is not required. In addition, candidate should have strong communication and comprehension skills, be able to identify and solve problems, and take direction from the Photographer on assignment. Fotility Photography Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Assist with carrying, setup and breakdown of all necessary gear for assignments.
• Assist with lighting/diffuser placement, as necessary.
• Assist with composition styles, as needed.
• Communicate with Photographer regarding background noise, distractions, etc. during shoots.
• Provide additional support to Photographer on assignment, as requested.

Compensation is hourly based on assignment, ranging from $13-$15/hour depending on experience. ALL Fotility Photography Assistants also have the opportunity to move into open Photographer and Videographer positions. Although an understanding of basic videography concepts is helpful, it is not required as training will be provided for the right candidate. In addition, candidate should be able to perform tasks without supervision, be self-driven, have strong communication and comprehension skills, and be able to identify and solve problems independently. Fotility Videographer responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, highlighting Fotlity expectations, pointers and tips based on assignment.
• Capture footage in accordance with Fotility’s brand and composition style. Videographer will always have the opportunity to incorporate their own creativity, however, the majority of the footaghe they take must represent the Fotility brand.
• Manage multiple cameras per assignment (up to three), as well as independent audio recording devices.
• Submit all RAW files to Fotility by end of day on the date of the assignment.

Compensation can be EITHER flat rate or hourly based on assignment, ranging from $50-$65/hour after training. Paid training is provided at $20/hour.
