Rated as one of the 10 Best Event Photographers in San Diego, we take a lot of pride in who we choose to have standing behind our cameras. Each and every photographer and videographer on the Fotility team must go through a rigorous training process prior to being trusted to represent our company. This includes being required to serve first as a photography and/or videography assistant to one of our team members, where you’re required to learn both the technical aspects of our profession, plus the core values that differentiate Fotility from our competitors. Once you’ve mastered this, you’re then required to serve for a specific number of shoots as a 2nd Photographer/Videographer on our team, where you are taught the creative aspects of our specific composition style, ensuring that our clients receive the same high quality product each and every time, regardless of which team member is assigned to their project. And finally, each of our team members are required to serve as the primary photographer/videographer on a set number of projects under the direct supervision of our owner, Jerry Roxas, before they can be trusted to represent Fotility on their own.
