We hired Fotility Photography & Videography, Videography and Entertainment to provide music for Biggs Harley Owners Group’s annual Holiday / Christmas party. From the first point of contact, everything was extremely professional. Communication was outstanding – yes, some of it was in the form of automated reminders… but those kept us on track, and sure beat the sound of crickets – plus, Jerry himself responded to every query we emailed to the company. Btw, while many DJ services offer to let you name songs you’d liked played and you will likely hear many of them, Jerry’s crew played all the ones on our list… oh, and they also offer a ‘do not play’ list, so even if someone requests a song, if it’s on the ‘no’ list, they won’t play it – and they’ll take the heat ‘for not having it available’. As for the night of the event, a two person crew showed up early, made sure to communicate with us throughout the night, handled M/C’ing our Ugly Sweater contest and playing along perfectly with the crowd and contestants, and they were very friendly and personable the whole evening. They also were great at reading the room, adjusting the volume as conditions required, and segueing out of the very few tunes that didn’t go over well – which helped keep the dance floor alive. Bottom line, they did a great job all party long. To sum things up, working with Jerry and his people was a very positive experience, and we look forward to working with them again next year!
