Fotility is amazing for real estate photography (and I am sure just as great at other kinds of projects!). As a Realtor, my job is to make every property look its absolute best online. And I consider Jerry and his crew my secret weapon in this quest because I can always rely on quality, punctual, and dazzling results. My norm was to order photos and a Matterport tour, which is a 3D virtual self-tour that users can access to do a virtual walkaround of the property. For one recent project, the home had a very unique layout and I was worried that the 3D self-tour would be confusing to users if they started their tour down the wrong hallway and got lost in the layout. For that reason, on this property I opted a video walkthrough, which is where the videographer takes footage of a tour through the property, in the order I wanted it. This allowed me to design the way that the viewer would experience the house, in the order that it makes the most sense. I was thrilled with the results! Even better than I had imaged it would look. Each room was shown from all different angles. And it really gives the illusion of walking through the property. I’m so happy, I will be adding a video walk through to future homes, even when I am also ordering the Matterport 3D self-tour. Great job as usual, Fotility!!
